These terms govern the purchase of research chemicals from PeptidePoint. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

"Products" refers to all research peptides and chemicals sold through this website. "Customer" refers to the individual or entity placing an order. "We"/"Us" refers to PeptidePoint.

2. Product Use

All products sold through PeptidePoint are intended strictly for laboratory research and educational purposes. Products are NOT intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic purposes, or therapeutic use. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept this limitation.

3. Customer Responsibility

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, and use of products complies with all applicable local, national, and EU regulations. The customer must handle all products in accordance with proper laboratory safety protocols.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in EUR and include BTW (Dutch VAT) where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Mollie. We accept iDEAL, credit cards, Bancontact, and Apple Pay.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped within the Netherlands via PostNL. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Products are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with Dutch consumer law (Wet Kopen op Afstand).

7. Liability

PeptidePoint is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of products outside their intended research purpose. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
